Access to this website is restricted to employees who have filled in latest LBP Employee Information Form at http://emp.lifeforeveryone.com/app/3712.

This form was last revised on 20th August 2009. All employees in all departments must fill in this form in order to gain access to secured pages.

Information and photograph submitted in LBP Employee Information Form will be submitted to Government Agencies. Therefore employees must fill correct information.

Further entire accounting system of the company is online. Employees must fill in complete particulars otherwise there will be delays in verifying records and settlement of dues if any.

Access to employee disputes and deadlock pages is allowed to authorised persons. Employees will be allowed access on some pages once they fill up revised LBP Employee Information Form.
